Hayden Hilke, MSR, DPT
Hayden Hilke earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Furman University in 1997. After spending two years in Jackson, Wyoming, she returned to South Carolina, where she received her Master of Science in Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy degree (MSR, PT) from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2003. In 2009, she completed her transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University.
Following years of experience working in a variety of patient care settings both in Jackson and beyond, Hayden founded Peak Physical Therapy, an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Wilson, Wyoming, in 2013.
Inspired by her own personal experience with a back injury and recognizing a lack of resources and accessibility in the Jackson community, she also founded Watershed Jackson, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting athletes with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Through both her private practice and nonprofit work, Hayden has played an important role in educating the Jackson community on traumatic brain injury management and advocating for a more accessible local environment.
Today, Hayden divides her time between serving patients out of her sports facility, Kilter Physical Therapy in Jackson and traveling with the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team and the U.S. Nomadic Sports Team.

Abby Schenk, DPT, clinic manager
Description Abby Schenk graduated from Otterbein College in 2009 with BS in Allied Health. Abby ran in distance in college which ultimately led to a love for rehab and sports performance. Abby received her doctorate degree from Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. After meeting her now husband on a Caribbean cruise she soon found herself in the Chicagoland area initiating her career and finding her path as a sports performance PT. In Chicago Abby’s passion for running opened the door to partner with a private practice to open a clinic which served primarily the running and triathlete community. Abby enjoys working with all athletes and geeks out on learning and understanding all things movement biomechanics. Despite her love for running, she also enjoys backpacking, skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with her 2-year-old son, lab Aspen, and husband Stephen.

Diana O'Brien, MPT
Diana graduated from Colby College in 1990. She road tripped West, and after seeing the Tetons for the first time decided the trip ended here. She then graduated from University of Utah with a Masters in PT in 1998 and returned to Wyoming, working in Lander, Dubois and circling back to Jackson.
Diana has enjoyed working in many areas of patient care and in the early 2000’s began exploring the field of pelvic health. She certified in Pelvic Health with the American Physical Therapy Association in 2007 and since then has mentored with Diane Lee in the Integrative Systems Model of Treatment and attended multiple pelvic health continuing education courses. She enjoys treating women in their first through fourth trimesters of pregnancy; women with complications of menopause and perimenopause; men with hip, low back and pelvic pain; and all patients with visceral pain.
Integrating the pelvic and orthopedic worlds fuels her to continue getting patients back to their most optimal recovery. She, her daughter and husband are passionate about Nordic skiing, and in the summer, Diana enjoys hiking, paddleboarding and quality time with her dog, Ben.

Natalie Peterson, ATC, PT, DPT
Natalie graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2018 with a BS in Athletic Training, and later in 2021 from the University of Rhode Island’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Born and raised in Connecticut, Natalie spent her initial years as a physical therapist treating the sports and orthopedic population around the New England area. She quickly learned she loved hopping around and seeing new places while gaining new work experience, leading her to become a traveling physical therapist, which landed her here in Jackson, WY. As a snowboarder, she was drawn to Jackson for the winter, but like every other person “crossing through” Jackson, quickly fell in love with the Tetons and stayed for the summer. She traveled around a bit more, but found her way back to Jackson to enjoy not just one, but all the seasons here.
Natalie is certified in trigger point dry needling, and thrives working with the athletic population and those motivated to return to the activities that are part of who they are. She has extensive background in treating sports injuries related to skiing/snowboarding, running, football, baseball/softball, and soccer, as well as vocational injuries and post-operative cases including total joint replacements. She brings a fun and nonchalant treatment style to the clinic because at the end of the day, no one actually wants to be at PT... so let’s at least have a good time if we have to be!
Outside of the clinic, Natalie enjoys snowboarding, trail running, hiking, paddleboarding, the beach, and is a huge foodie (give me all your restaurant recommendations). She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan (Go Birds!) so you can imagine Cutty’s is her favorite establishment in Jackson. She is excited to be in Jackson permanently for the time being, and is stoked to help get all of the awesome patients at Kilter back outside and moving again!
