Kilter Sport Performance and Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in the heart of the Teton Mountain Range in Jackson, WY. Located in the Jackson Indoor Sport Facility, Kilter Sport Performance and Physical Therapy offers dynamic and progressive rehabilitation within a sport performance setting that can be utilized year round.
Our clinic is owned and operated by a dedicated physical therapist who’s committed to creating a patient-centered, lifestyle-focused environment. We believe in fostering a supportive and positive team atmosphere where collaboration, flexibility, and incentive-based opportunities are at the heart of everything we do.
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, personable, and professional therapist who loves working in a team
Proficiency in manual therapy with a willingness to learn and grow new techniques
Someone with strong multitasking skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to prioritize
A Wyoming PT license (or in the process of acquiring one)—experience with Strata EMR is a plus!
A love for adventure and a passion for the mountains is definitely appreciated!

Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care tailored to each patient
Demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy techniques and an eagerness to expand your skills
Demonstrate a proper understanding of proper return to sport management
Collaborate with our team to ensure every patient has a top-quality experience with a strong emphasis on customer service and care
