Join us for a hands-on Running Form Workshop that includes:
Group Video Analysis: Warm-up together, run through some key drills, and get a side-by-side breakdown of your form before and after. You’ll also leave with a helpful handout to keep working on your technique.
Running Evaluation: We’ll capture video of your stride before and after to focus on things like landing mechanics, cadence, and timing—small adjustments that make a big difference.
Clinical Assessment + Adjustment: Using what we see in your run, we’ll work one-on-one to address anything from your landing and balance to agility and recovery. You’ll walk away with a better understanding of how to run stronger and more confidently.
